21-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase, for all customers. This applies to our digital products (one-time-purchase documents delivered as a PDF, such as RSD Alchemy) in full.
Digital products are delivered immediately by email after purchase. You keep your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for 14 days from the date of purchase: we do not ask you to give that right up in exchange for immediate delivery, and delivery does not shorten it. Our 21-day promise runs alongside it, is longer, and applies to digital products in full, regardless of delivery or download.
A refund ends the purchase in full, including access to future versions of the document. What a refund ends is the entitlement, not the copy on your device.

The same 21-day promise applies to any programme we sell. Some clients notice discomfort partway through a programme — this is common in personal development work generally. This policy does not require you to continue for any reason, and the refund window above applies regardless of when or why you decide to request it.

Statutory cancellation: you have 14 days from the day of the contract to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because our refund promise (21 days, no questions) is longer and broader, it will almost always be the better route — but the statutory right exists and this policy does not reduce it.
We may cancel your programme at any time, at our discretion, and issue you a full refund of all amounts paid — regardless of how much of the programme has already been delivered or how many coaching calls have taken place.
We would use this right in situations such as: a mutual sense that the programme isn't the right fit, conduct that breaches the Terms & Conditions, or any other circumstance where we judge it's fairest to end the arrangement and return your money in full.
This is separate from, and does not reduce, any refund right you have under Parts 1 and 2. It exists to give both parties an honest way to end the arrangement if it isn't working, without dispute.
All approved refunds are processed within 14 days of your refund request, to your original payment method.
You can tell us you are cancelling any way you like — the refund form, or a reply to your receipt email, is enough and is quicker. If you would rather use the statutory form, this is it:

If anything about your purchase falls short, tell us: reply to your receipt email, email write@unwrittensocialrules.com, or use the contact form. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 2 working days and respond in full within 14 days. Our 21-day refund promise and your statutory rights remain available to you whatever the outcome.
We do not currently participate in an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you so in writing and name an approved alternative dispute resolution body, although we are not obliged to use it. You are free to pursue the matter through the UK courts, or through the courts of the country where you live, at any time.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
